The Women’s Center Our Mission: The Women’s Center of Wake County serves marginalized single women experiencing homelessness, with histories of severe and persistent mental illness, sexual assault, violence, and trauma. Through our clinical and holistic approach, we assist each woman in achieving transformation and dignity.
Carying Place Our Mission The Carying Place teaches homeless, working families with children, life skills for attaining independent living while providing short-term housing and support services to address their individual needs.
Cub and Boy Scouts The Boy Scouts of America is one of the largest scouting organizations and one of the largest youth organizations in the United States, with about 762,000 youth participants. The BSA was founded in 1910, and since then, about 110 million Americans have participated in BSA programs.
